Hydrangeas are a gorgeous blooming shrub that provides color and interest year-round, even in the depth of winter the dried flowers offer spectacular structure in the garden. Some varieties produce blue flowers in acidic soil and other pink in alkaline soil. Most come in shades of white, lime or blush pink.
